Payroll Support: Help When and How You Need It

Your Intuit QuickBooks Payroll service includes support. When you need help, it's just a few clicks away. Here's a quick guide to resources that can answer your QuickBooks Payroll questions. (Note that this information is specific to payroll issues only.)

In-Product Help
Many of your needs can be met from within your QuickBooks software. That means you can take care of some activities any day, at any time. Examples of in-product activities include the following:

To read the instructions for performing these activities and many others, press the F1 (Help) key, which will bring up the QuickBooks Help page. Enter your question in the search field or click the Index tab and type the keywords you want to find.

Payroll Answer Center
Our Payroll Answer Center (PAC) answers your questions 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. In many cases, PAC provides you with a clear solution, and you won't need to contact a payroll specialist. QuickBooks Communities
The QuickBooks Communities site is a great place to find peer-to-peer discussions regarding your payroll experience. Here you can pose your questions and learn how other people resolved common issues that they encountered. Learn more tips and tricks for operating payroll at QuickBooks Communities.
