For QuickBooks Direct Deposit Customers

How will Memorial Day (Monday, May 26, 2008) affect my direct deposit?

QuickBooks Payroll will not process direct deposits on Monday, May 26, 2008, because of the Federal Reserve Bank's observance of the Memorial Day holiday.

If your normal paycheck date is on Monday, May 26, 2008, to comply with the Fair Labor Standards Act, you should:

1. Change your paycheck date to Friday, May 23, 2008
2. Send your payroll by 5 P.M. Pacific time on Wednesday, May 21, 2008

For other check dates, you might need to send your direct deposit payroll a day earlier than usual, as described below:
