All you need to do is activate your Direct Deposit in your QuickBooks financial software to take advantage of hassle-free paydays. Designed for small businesses, QuickBooks Direct Deposit is an easy-to-use service that can help save you time and give you flexibility on payday.

When you have the Direct Deposit service, just create your paychecks as you normally would and send us the transaction with the click of a button. No minimum number of employees is required. Set up one, some, or all of your employees on QuickBooks Direct Deposit. You can schedule Direct Deposit up to 45 days in advance, and you're charged only when you use the service. There are no setup charges, and no minimums or monthly fees. The cost currently is 99 cents per employee paycheck plus a $3 transmission fee per payroll.
