Free Callback Support via Web Request*

QuickBooks Payroll now offers free callback support for payroll setup and usage issues for active Assisted Payroll subscribers, as well as Standard and Enhanced Payroll subscribers. There's no need to wait on hold. Submit an online callback support request at www.quickbooks.com/contactme, and a payroll support expert will contact you, within 30 minutes or less in most cases. Experts are available Monday – Friday, 6 a.m. – 6 p.m. Pacific time.

In addition to being free, our callback phone support gives you the assurance that you will always get the right agent. Because you can enter the specifics of your request online, we are able to route your request to the agent best skilled to answer your question.
