Payroll Answer Center Offers Around-the-Clock Response
No matter when you need help with payroll, the QuickBooks Payroll interactive Payroll Answer Center tool is available 24/7 to answer your payroll questions.
Go to www.payroll.com/support and click on the Payroll Answer Center. In the pop-up screen that appears, select the payroll service you subscribe to and the release year, and then type your question. The Payroll Answer Center will do its best to answer your questions. For best results, keep your questions short and specific, such as "How do I update my SUI rate?" Also, remember to ask one question at a time.
Currently, the Payroll Answer Center supports the following payroll topics:
- Direct Deposit
- Items
- Taxes and liabilities
- Year-end
These topics are based on the most frequently asked questions. The team at QuickBooks Payroll will continue to expand the topics as it evaluates the usage of the Payroll Answer Center and your feedback.
